We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel from the room to the dining. Unfortunately, my husband fell ill. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging for a doctor's visit to the hotel and arranging for the medication to be delivered. From the management to the service staff, everyone was compassionate and went beyond to ensure that we received the best assistance and care. We are seasoned travelers and have rarely encountered this level of professionalism. We highly recommend the Krystal and will definitely stay here whenever in Mexico City.

Great everything, I just got a little bored. The TV is okay but there's only a few channels. The pool is warmed & open from 8am to 8 pm. The gym is small but very complete, open 24 hours. There's a machine in the room that can warm or cold the room & it's amazing! Rooms are big. The food is cheap if you eat it on the restaurant. Location is near a supermarket & a mall that sells everything.

Great location and very clean. Plenty of staff to accept luggage and watch out for security. Room service was great and available 24 hours which was a plus. Our room which was an upgrade was very spacious and comfortable. Angel at the bar was super!!!!! Made great drinks and was very knowledgeable about the city and could give advice.

The room was nice, clean and tidy. The bathroom was as clean as spacious as it gets as was the room. Breakfast was good, you get a complimentary American breakfast that you can upgrade to buffet for a small quantity, it was worth it. The staff was great.

Breakfast was good and with music in the background it was better, coffee was always fresh and seasonal fruit with yoghurt its always welcome, keep the good work. The room was clean and the bed was done with clean sheets every day
