We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel from the room to the dining. Unfortunately, my husband fell ill. The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging for a doctor's visit to the hotel and arranging for the medication to be delivered. From the management to the service staff, everyone was compassionate and went beyond to ensure that we received the best assistance and care. We are seasoned travelers and have rarely encountered this level of professionalism. We highly recommend the Krystal and will definitely stay here whenever in Mexico City.

Great everything, I just got a little bored. The TV is okay but there's only a few channels. The pool is warmed & open from 8am to 8 pm. The gym is small but very complete, open 24 hours. There's a machine in the room that can warm or cold the room & it's amazing! Rooms are big. The food is cheap if you eat it on the restaurant. Location is near a supermarket & a mall that sells everything.

Everyone from the reception, the restaurant, the cleaning ladies, all the staff were absolutely helpful at all time. The room was big and clean. The breakfast buffet was good, the dinner at the restaurant was good too. We liked the pool, it is not very deep but good enough for some laps. The hotel is close to a big centro commercial.

The room was nice, clean and tidy. The bathroom was as clean as spacious as it gets as was the room. Breakfast was good, you get a complimentary American breakfast that you can upgrade to buffet for a small quantity, it was worth it. The staff was great.

The size of the bedroom was excellent, with a little sofa a desk and it's chair in case you need to work. Everything was so clean, tidy, all the furniture was in good condition. The lighting in the hallways was excellent, also clean and smelt really nice.
